Getting fit!

Healthy body = healthy mind right? And even if it doesn’t, a healthy body would make me feel SO MUCH better. For a while I was working out everyday and somehow over the past few months I’ve fallen off track with exercise and eating right. I have been too busy taking care of my children ( which is fine! ) and forgetting to take care of myself ( which is not fine! )so I’m adding ME back into the equation.

Today I went on my first jog with my girls and our jogger and it was hard, but refreshing! They enjoy it so much we run 1/2 way and I let them out of the jogger and they walk around and play in the river bottom for a good hour and then I run us back home.

The protest is in about 6 months, I want to be in the best shape of my life for the protest, so I have 6 months to lose that extra 10 pounds I’ve been wanting to lose since I had my last daughter. So this is going to be my little chunk of my blog that I’m going to track my getting in shape quest on!

    shoveled 8×8 foot deep worth of horse manure compost for my new organic garden I’ll be posting pictures of soon ( thumbs up )

    It was actually alot of shoveling!
